14 Pendant

The 14 is a family of low voltage pendants designed to be clustered. Each individual pendant is an articulated cast glass sphere with a frosted cylindrical void that houses a 10-watt halogen lamp or 0.3 watt LED. Unlike most contemporary lighting, the 14 pendants are visually subtle and don't dominate a room. When multiplied en masse, however, the 14 pendants gain tremendous visual strength. The effect is that of many tiny candles encased in floating spheres of water.
The light from the center of the sphere interacts with the imperfections, rifts, bruises and bubbles of the cast glass to project a visually rich halo of light. Due to the organic nature of the cast glass, hand-crafted and inherently imperfect, each piece produced is entirely unique from any other piece.
The 14 pendant lamps are available as a single pendant, and up to a 36 pendant canopy suspension.
