Paula Ribeiro interior designer

In the business for over a decade, Paula uses her knowledge and flair for great design products to create interiors that are both a reflection of the customer's aesthetic and her less is more approach to great design.

Paula joined Avant-Scène in 1999 after majoring in Fine Arts in Montreal. After a rewarding run in the hospitality industry, Paula returned to her passion for interior design thinking she could use her background in Art and the service industry to build environments and relationships whether in residential or commercial design.

"I love working with any space... big or small and often the architecture of the space will dictate the direction you need to go in. My projects include turn key homes where the entire flow of the space from the furniture, drapes to linens and china have to be coordinated. It's exciting to see spaces evolve and grow into beautiful forms and structures when you once were climbing over construction materials. Furniture and space read as one and it's always fascinating to see an interior come to life and capture the essence of the client."
